Shipments and returns

Current delays: Due to delays with shipping and other procedures,  order processing is approximately 7 business days behind. If paying for Priority Mail, please keep in mind that it will deliver in approximately 3 business days from the date that it ships. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the United States Postal Service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by an alternate carrier or with required signature, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If your products are damaged during shipment we will replace them at our expense. Great care will be taken to ensure that your orders reach you quickly and without incident, however please understand that once they leave our store we have no control over what happens to them. We will happily work to address any concerns.
